This site is designed to collect less, not more. The private reflection fields on the home page stay in your browser. They are not submitted to or saved by this site.
Email updates
If you subscribe, the site stores your email address, the page where you subscribed, your consent record, subscription status, and timestamps. It does not ask for your family story or the names of other people. The information is used to deliver the requested reflection and occasional notices about new videos and companion pages.
Sharing and retention
The subscriber list is not sold. Service providers may process data only as needed to host the site and deliver email. Subscription records are retained while you are subscribed and as reasonably necessary to document consent or comply with law.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the method included in an email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion using the contact information included in those messages.
Sensitive stories
This site does not currently accept private submissions about family estrangement. Please do not send confidential information, identifying details about another person, or material you expect to create a lawyer-client relationship.
